Iconic downtown building to be redesigned

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)- A new brand and development plan is underway for the 580 Building in Downtown Cincinnati.

The building located at the corner of 6th and Walnut will now simply be called AT580.

"AT580 is a one-of-a-kind downtown high-rise developed with a modern living experience in mind," explained Anthony Birkla, Partner at Anderson Birkla Investment Partners. "We're combining your workday, your nightlife, and everything in between to a central location."

AT580 is designed for a new generation of professionals in Cincinnati who's active, urban lifestyle demands a more hip and sophisticated place to fit their modern image and identity.
The location is ideal for those that enjoy the energetic business district activity.

AT580 is located just minutes from Fountain Square, the art & design district, Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ball Park.

The development plan for the building includes approximately 179 residential units, one (1) guest suite, 180,000 square feet of Office and 48,000 square feet of retail.
The residential consists of two-story penthouse suites with private elevators and outdoor terraces; tower units with floor to ceiling views; and plaza level suites located just one level above all the action of downtown.

Restaurants, bars and retail shops will fill the main and plaza level with the Office floors above, making the new AT580 a place with it all.

"We already have a ton of interest and expect a waiting list quickly. Everyone wants to be there from the beginning," Birkla explained.

Financing for AT580 is provided by BMO Harris as Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent; and First Financial Bank as part of the syndication.
